I want to be able to look back at my posts and see how far I've come through my teaching career.
Fingers crossed I'm starting a great new job at my placement school in September. I was observed on Friday and was told that "your teaching is at an experienced teacher's level" that I have the children (reception class) "eating out of the palm of my hand" and was told that he (the head teacher) didn't want to open the maternity job up to the NQT pool because he wanted me!! ...me! The observation couldn't have gone any better. Although the only 'criticism' was that I didn't include actual 3D shapes in my maths lesson... I had it all planned and actual shapes really to use but I was so nervous I forgot! So all in all it was a PERFECT lesson!!
